This site was originally about the real estate industry, but now it is about politics, economics, government, freedom, entrepreneurship, innovation, objectivty and other such stuff important to humans. I uphold libertarian principles and believe wholeheartedly in limited government -- this blog explains why.

    We need a new word

I'm trying to come up with a new word that fits this government/corporation enmeshment we have going on that is anti-capitalism and a combination of facism/socialism. Corporment? Nah. Govporation? Nah.

We of the Liberal Republic Party believe it's important to name this monster, so that there is clarification of thought when dealing with it. Corporstatism? Getting close. Corpfacsocists? I sort of like the weirdness of it, but it's not too catchy.

It's a dangerous hybrid that creates obfuscation -- is it government? is it enterprise? is it the Frankenstein of a mixed economy? A mongrel creation from years of intervention and lobbying?

How can all the people who blame government be made to see the complicity of businesses, and how can those who blame capitalism see that it's not capitalism but a blending of public and private corruption?

We must name it. Politicorporation? Politcorp? We must name it and eradicate it.
