Green specifications of property rate 3.5 and meet the minimum requirements, although a surcharge of .005% will be establsihed in accordance with regulation 3-4asd due to exterior color deviation which do not meet requirements for sub-section E. The form for Patriot Alliance and the form for Party Affiliation will need to completed and delivered to sector K of the local branch for approval by the Board of Property Assignment which accepts documentation every third Thursday in Zone 11a, the southeastern division.
