Spontaneous cyber uprising
Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 09:58PM I wonder what a spontaneous cyber uprising would look like and if it would have any real effect?
Perhaps everyone with a voice who cares about being free and not being micro-managed by morons will rise up and make such a ruckus that perhaps someone would listen and slow down this mad rush to socialism -- whoops, I mean "democratic capitalism".
I'm going to raise hell here for a long time to come. For what it's worth. I'm also going to write letters and start planning a revolution. Is there an online course for starting revolutions? I'm not sure where to start. Do you need a lot of supporters? Or, can a handful of people start a revolution? How many people does it take to officially call it a revolution?
I'm ignorant about this stuff, having never started a revolution. It sounds like fun, though.
Seriously, though, I would at least feel better if I knew there are a lot of people who who don't want to be slaves.
I think I will begin my revolution by starting a party, a mix between a real party and a political party -- I shall call it
The Liberal Republic Party -- I'm taking applications as of now. I get to be Party Chairman -- that means I'm responsible for making the coffee at our meetings.

Mike,
Count me in. "...I would at least feel better if I knew there are a lot of people who who don't want to be slaves"
I'd rather not be a slave, thank you very much!
It's too bad they made not funding them illegal, or else we could just quit paying them.
Taxes should be voluntary for that reason.
Great -- you can be vice chair of the party -- briing donuts!
